After two months of working at our new Edmonton location, we finally hosted an event to celebrate our move. Thank you to everyone who came out to So Fresh and So KEEN!
As you may know, a group of enthusiastic gamers at KEEN participated in Extra Life. It’s a massive yearly event where individuals or teams gather donations towards a noble cause. In our case it was raising funds for the Stollery Children’s Hospital, and in return we had to stay up for 24 hours and play video games.
This year, the KEENers at KEEN will be playing games for Extra Life in support of the Stollery Children’s Hospital. The event takes place on Saturday, November 5th and we will be streaming live footage for the full 24 hour marathon.
Happy Earth Day everyone! In honour of honouring mother earth today I wanted to put together a list of things that anyone can do to help be a bit greener.
I have to be honest: although I can talk comfortably a mile a minute without hesitation, writing openly has never really been my thing. I always seem to start then continually delete, rewrite, reconsider, and repeat over and over again. So when asked to write about why I chose to start Acts of KEENness, I admittedly struggled to put something down in a timely manner. So bear with me.
