KEEN developed a strong logo using bold, retro-inspired typography. The crest shape represents family history, alluding to both the roots of the business and the dedication of the Tempest team. Sturdy lines and geometric shapes create a masculine mark, portraying hard work, integrity, and grit. The lines at the top of the crest are a subtle indication of the type of work Tempest does, showing water spraying down from an overhead sprinkler. Red and grey were selected for their high contrast appearance, as well as a nod to the original Tempest logo.
An on-location photo shoot at Tempest Fire helped communicate the company’s values, while giving clients a behind-the-scenes look at Tempest Fire. Dramatic lighting and desaturated tones were used to highlight the hard work and high level of experience of the Tempest team.
Tempest Fire requested a dynamic, multi-page website that sells their highly skilled team and unique service offering. Tempest’s internal culture and competitive advantage is highlighted through content describing “The Tempest Way”. This focus on culture attracts potential employees to join the growing Tempest team. With a thorough overview of Tempest’s unique offering of high-value services throughout the site, as well as prominent contact information and contact forms, website visitors are encouraged to reach out to the Tempest team for their next project.
